Blue Jackets survive a sloppy night with a victory over Lakewood.  With a late start due to weather delay, the Jackets started finding their footing when the weather delayed the game for an additional hour and a half.  When the game resumed at approximately 9:30, the game was dominated by defense as both teams remained scoreless until 2:00 left in the fourth quarter.  The Jackets’ quarterback, Noah Jones(5) crossed the end zone and converted the two point conversion to go up 8-0.  However, the next play from scrimmage, the Gators convert a 55 yard strike across the middle to bring the score to 8-6.  Two point conversion was denied by Adam Graham(22) and the Jacket defense to preserve the victory.   Aynor will travel to Dillon, SC to play the 1st ranked Wildcats this Friday, Oct. 2nd.  Good luck Blue Jackets!
