Aynor Blue Jackets Varsity stayed in it until the end, but Rock Hill pulled away late in an 8-4 victory on Friday. The game was tied at two with Rock Hill batting in the top of the fifth when Jordan Thurmond singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
